Created in collaboration with Pomelle Apéritif, this seasonal menu brings together UNI’s signature modern Japanese dishes with a curated selection of bright, citrus-led cocktails. Designed for sharing and made for long, sunlit evenings, it’s a celebration of flavour, balance and effortless indulgence.
The Menu
Rooted in balance and precision, the experience explores the interplay between texture, acidity and depth of flavour.
Delicate sashimi, signature rolls and warm dishes are paired with a series of bright, citrus-led cocktails, where each element is designed to complement rather than compete.
From the freshness of yellowtail with citrus dressing to the richness of tempura and grilled vegetables, the pairings unfold naturally clean, considered and quietly expressive.
