A few minutes’ walk from London Victoria station and only 10 minutes’ walk from Buckingham Palace.
Belgravia takes its name from one of the Duke of Wesminster’s subsidiary titles, Viscount Begrave. The area dates back to
17th Century when once Belgravia was a marshland. Today Belgravia is characterised by grande terraces of cream stucco houses,
and has a number of garden squares, the largest being the nearby Eaton Square. The neighbourhood of Belgravia
has its own shopping areas with the nearby Elizabeth Street, Pimlico Road and Motcomb Street which offers boutique and varied shopping.
UNI is also nearby to the theatres of the Apollo Victoria and the legendary Victoria Palace Theatre.
